Job summary

Metcash Trading Limited in Australia seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Recruitment and Onboarding, data integrity, and continuous improvement across HR processes. You will lead release activities, collaborate with People & Culture, IT, and vendors, and create user documentation.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with hybrid working options and a focus on delivering effective HRIS solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules, with hands on configuration and support experience
• Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures
• Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and post implementation activities
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer focused service capability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture, IT, and external partners in a complex enterprise environment

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
• Act as the escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration matters across the platform.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead release activities including impact assessments, testing, UAT, and post-release support.
• Partner with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective HRIS solutions and services.
• Create and maintain user documentation, support resources, and drive capability uplift across the HRIS community
