Job summary

Metcash Limited is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to provide expert functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability and enabling change across People & Culture, IT and vendors.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with hybrid working options. You will lead release activities, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement with the HRIS community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules, with hands on configuration and support experience.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
• Act as the escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration matters across the platform.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead release activities including impact assessments, testing, UAT, and post-release support.
• Partner with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective HRIS solutions and services.
• Create and maintain user documentation, support resources, and drive capability uplift across the HRIS community

In this role
