Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Submissions Officer based in Canberra to join our SME Gateway team. You will report to the Operations Manager and support member companies from receipt of a panel opportunity through proposal submission, following documented procedures and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This on-site, part-time role requires a minimum of three years of processing or office experience, excellent time management and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Three years of processing or equivalent office experience required.
• Strong time management and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small team and follow guidance from a technical manager.
• Accurately follow written procedures.
• Confidently use the Microsoft Office suite.
• Be able to work with eProcurement tools such as SalesForce or Prokuria with training.
• Liaise with Members to answer queries.
• Check and prepare proposals for submission to Customers.
• Analyse and maintain company records (physical and digital).
• Create and lodge various reports as required.
• Participate in regular operational and staff meetings.
• Support a collaborative SME Gateway office environment.
• Complete directed online training activities.
• Meet all security requirements to handle Official: Sensitive material.
• Undertake other duties as directed.
