Qualifications

• Previous experience in submissions, bids, marketing or business development coordination.
• Experience within architecture, design, engineering, construction or a professional services environment is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of tender submissions and marketing materials.
• Work with leadership, project teams and consultants to gather and manage submission content.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of capability statements and marketing collateral.
• Maintain CRM databases, project information, key contacts and opportunity pipelines.
• Track upcoming opportunities, submission deadlines and business development activities.
• Ensure all submissions are professionally presented and delivered on time.
