The Role

• A Fixed Term Full Time opportunity for 12 months
• Prepare and manage small to large submissions, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of professional and innovative content, including contributing to the articulation of winning themes and differentiators.
• Contribute to best practice submission process, utilising management tools to produce documentation that compelling and compliant.
• Prepare non‑technical content for submissions including company information, management system details, certifications, and insurances.
• Prepare new graphic layouts for submissions, including organisation charts, infographics and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop and maintain the bid knowledge library including photo library, project experience and CV’s, including drafting and editing of project experience write ups.
• Coordinate the production of industry/individual awards and proposals in conjunction with the marketing team.

To be successful, you will need:

• 3–5 years’ experience in the management of a proposal and submissions portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of organisation, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative suite is favourable.

Previous experience within the engineering and construction industry may be considered advantageous.
