Job summary

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking a civil engineering professional to contribute to roads, drainage, water, sewer and earthworks projects. The role suits someone with Diploma or Certificate in civil construction and strong inspections ability.

The position is permanent full-time, based in Bathurst, offering a 35-hour week with an RDO every third week and a salary of AUD 1,679.70–1,764.87 per week plus 12% super.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience in civil construction for roads, drainage, water, sewer and earthworks.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, specs and technical docs.
• Proven inspections experience and ability to assess compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
