Job summary

Upper Lachlan Shire Council in Crookwell, NSW invites applications for the role of Manager Infrastructure Delivery. You will lead planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and quality.

Reporting to the Director Infrastructure, you will coordinate works programs, manage budgets, supervise contractors and operational teams, and drive continuous improvement in a regional local government setting.

Qualifications

• A Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline, or substantial relevant experience.
• Experience in planning, programming and delivery of civil infrastructure works.
• Experience in project and contract management, procurement, budgeting, scheduling and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works programs, resources, budgets and contractors.
• Lead an infrastructure team through change in a regional LG environment.
• Manage infrastructure construction, rehabilitation and maintenance programs.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Council's Operational Plan and Delivery Program.
