Stylerunner Armadale is seeking a Store Manager who will lead with energy and style, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the Area Manager to grow the business in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will champion a culture of confidence and inclusion, ensure on-brand store presentation and safety standards, and create empowering experiences for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• A 'Make it Happen' mindset – strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
