Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in Sydney is seeking a Clinical Trials Study Coordinator to support the Medical Oncology Department by coordinating trial activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and delivering quality patient care throughout the study. You will liaise with investigators and sponsors, manage recruitment and data, monitor adverse events, and maintain study documentation.

A science or health care degree and at least one year in trial coordination are required; oncology knowledge is

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Study Coordinator.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Immunisations to comply with NSW Health policy for Category A position.

About the role:

The Clinical Trials Study Coordinator assists with the effective and timely management of clinical trials research activities of the Medical Oncology Department, including the management and provision of quality care of patients participating in clinical trials, conducting protocol requirements and monitoring study protocols.

• Coordinating all aspects of clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
• Facilitating communication between investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders
• Overseeing patient recruitment, screening, and enrolment processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date study documentation and data management
• Monitoring and reporting adverse events and protocol deviations
• Providing exceptional support and guidance to study participants throughout the trial process
• Degree in science or a health care discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Study Coordinator
• Ability to maintain and always understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy
• Medical oncology knowledge, skills, or experience - Desirable
• Evidence of immunisations to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy for a Category A position
