We Whiten is seeking a Studio Partner to run client consults in person, diagnose needs, present the right packages and close. You’ll work from a studio with provided leads, training, and support. Expect uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a clear path for advancement as part of a growing national brand.

You’ll be measured on revenue, conversion, and client value, with a transparent, profit-driven environment and opportunities to move up within the company.

Qualifications

• B2C and commission-driven sales experience or the drive to outwork others.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections in person.
• Proven ability to close and upsell high-ticket services.
• Self-motivated, coachable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to relocate locally for the right opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Close: conduct in-person consultations, present packages and financing options.
• Upsell: convert single sessions into packages and upgrades.
• Follow up: manage leads, no-shows and past clients to maximize conversions.
• Rebook: turn first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track: monitor close rate, average ticket and rebook rate and improve.
• Deliver: perform sessions; paid training provided; no prior experience required.
