The role acts as the central coordination point, triaging briefs and allocating work across designers and videographers, while coordinating external suppliers to support timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming briefs, prioritise workloads across designers and videographers, and monitor studio traffic to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate filming and production requirements, including site access, permits and scheduling of internal and external resources.
• Brief and liaise with external suppliers and work closely with program and project teams to support production needs.
