Job summary

State of Victoria's Communications and Engagement team is seeking a Studio Production Coordinator to manage the flow of work through the Creative studio, triaging briefs and allocating tasks across designers and videographers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role coordinates filming logistics, site access, permits and drone approvals, prepares call sheets and run sheets, and liaises with external suppliers to support priority productions on shoots.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating studio workflows and production schedules.
• Ability to liaise with program and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming briefs, prioritise workloads across designers and videographers.
• Coordinate filming logistics, including site access, permits and drone approvals.
• Prepare call sheets and run sheets for priority productions.
• Provide on-the-ground coordination during shoots as required.
