Bespoke Careers is recruiting a Studio Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract for a design practice in Sydney. You will support studio operations and monthly client invoicing, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at the center of the team.

This hands-on role suits someone who can own tasks, manage multiple priorities, and support IT, onboarding and administrative functions while liaising with senior leadership on billing and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Studio Manager, Office Manager or Practice Manager role.
• Experience coordinating invoicing, project billing or financial administration processes.
• Proven executive or personal assistant support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ownership of tasks.
• Experience in architecture, interior design, engineering or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and maintain a professional workplace.
• Manage facilities, suppliers, service providers and workplace resources.
• Liaise with IT and coordinate tech requirements.
• Support onboarding, team events and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and support studio systems, processes and procedures.
