Job summary

Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners, a Sydney CBD interior design studio, seeks a Studio & Design Coordinator to join the team. The role sits at the heart of daily operations, handling procurement, design support, and studio management.

You will manage vendor relationships, budgets and schedules, and use Studio Designer for purchasing, while assisting with client presentations, mood boards and styling for shoots. The position is an in-person, full-time role in a vibrant studio.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and confidence with budgets and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Studio Designer or similar decorative purchasing platform.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing, quotations, lead times, freight and sample requests with vendors.
• Support design team with furniture, fabric and finish sourcing.
• Manage furniture schedules, finishes schedules and decorative budgets; use purchasing software.
• Assist with client presentations, mood boards and material selections; help with photography prep.
• Help keep the studio running smoothly including client hospitality and sample library organisation.
