Joy in Movement (J.I.M) is seeking a Studio and Digital Manager to lead our new Manuka and Belconnen Markets studios. The role combines studio leadership with a tech-powered fitness community, requiring a people-first mindset, sales drive, and social media fluency.

You will manage memberships, oversee studio operations, craft engaging content, and foster partnerships to grow our presence in the local fitness community. A dynamic, autonomous role with flexible scheduling is offered.

Hi! We're J.I.M - Australia's first fully automated infrared group training experience. Our workouts are tech-powered, but what makes us truly unique is the community.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for an energetic, locally based Studio Manager oversee our new Manuka and our one year young, Belconnen Markets studio. With the official opening later this year, we are seeking someone who loves people, thrives on results, and knows how to bring a community together.

What you'll do

• Drive membership sales and hit growth goals
• Make new members feel at home (from trial to regular)
• Manage socials, create content, and grow our online presence
• Build local partnerships and promote J.I.M in the community
• Keep the studio humming - clean, welcoming, and tech on point
