Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve data collection and management systems to identify student needs and develop interventions.
• Engage with students and families through communication and home visits to encourage school attendance and address concerns.
• Monitor student wellbeing and coordinate interventions with the school team.
• Promote a safe, caring school environment and facilitate open communication to resolve issues.
