• Contribute to wrap around models for at-risk children and young people.
• Collaborate with Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion Workforce to develop network strategies.
• Lead and facilitate efforts to support vulnerable children and young people.
• Broker solutions for highly complex cases beyond local capacity.
• Develop partnerships with schools, community agencies and services.
