Job summary

Tom Price Senior High School in Western Australia is seeking a permanent full-time Student Support Officer to work with the Student Services Manager, Year Coordinators and staff to provide information and administrative support to students, staff and families.

The SSO will maintain records, assist with case management, help implement student support programs and collaborate with parents, guardians and community organisations to promote inclusion and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in student support or administrative roles.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents and community organisations.
• Ability to participate in crisis management and response duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to students, staff and parents and assist with administrative processes.
• Maintain information and records, collate and prepare information for case management.
• Assist with implementation strategies and student support programs, and attend to attendance strategies.
