Job summary

Sureway Employment in Wodonga is seeking a Student Support Officer to assist the Skills & Training team with administrative tasks, learner support, and enrolment activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and customer service in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will handle records, progress monitoring, and a range of enquiries while contributing to service delivery, events, and projects. Experience with LMS/RTO is a bonus, and a valid driver’s licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate administrative support across the team's programs.
• Support learners and colleagues through enrolment and pre-enrolment activities.
• Monitor client progress and follow up with clients as needed.
• Keep records and systems updated with attention to detail, including certificates and results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive experience.
• Assist with service delivery, events and projects.
• Handle a mix of routine and non-routine enquiries; manage competing priorities.

This role sits within our training operations, supportinglearners and the colleagues who work with them day to day. If you have theadmin strengths, this one will feel very familiar, just with a different groupof people behind it.

The role is about keeping things running with precision,care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people.

What You Will Do

• Providetimely, accurate administrative support across the team's programs andactivities
