Job summary

Sureway Employment is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant based at our Wagga Wagga Head Office to manage inbound enquiries and provide professional support to callers nationwide. You will receive comprehensive training, work with a supportive team, and coordinate services across NSW, Victoria, ACT, SA, Qld and WA in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

The role offers a full-time schedule with weekday shifts, with flexible arrangements for the right candidate and opportunities for career

Job description

Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Rostered shiftsbetween 8am - 7pm AEST. Flexible arrangements, including part-timeoptions, are available for the right candidate.

Join Sureway's National Contact Centre team as a ContactCentre Consultant where you'll manage inbound enquiries and provideprofessional support to callers nationwide. Located in our Wagga Head Office,you will be provided with comprehensive training and development amongst asupportive team. In this dynamic role, you'll handle diverse queries,coordinate services, and assist Sureway colleagues across our metro and regional offices in NSW, Victoria, ACT, SA, Qld & WA. The work is highpaced and KPI driven yet rewarding.
