Job summary

Bullsbrook College is seeking to establish a pool of Student Support Officers for permanent, fixed-term, full-time and part-time vacancies that may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. The roles involve collaboration with staff, parents, carers and the broader community to identify at-risk students and implement tailored support strategies.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia with valid Working With Children Check
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents and community
• Experience in supporting student outcomes preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify students at risk and help develop and implement support strategies
• Maintain accurate student information and prepare data for case conferences
• Support attendance, engagement and participation through individual plans
