Job summary

Trinity College in Adelaide seeks an Education Support Officer to provide classroom support across all year levels at our six schools. Roles may be fixed term, full-time, part-time or casual with opportunities in 2026 and 2027.

You will partner with teachers to support learning and wellbeing, maintain records and contribute to a caring, inclusive education aligned with our Anglican tradition. A WWCC and RRHAN-EC Masterclass certification are required or obtainable before commencement.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting young people’s personal, social and educational goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers and specialist staff.
• Patience, empathy and adaptability to diverse learning and wellbeing needs.
• Understanding of inclusive education practices or willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted learning and wellbeing support to students across year levels.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning adjustments.
• Model positive behaviours to build confidence, resilience and independence.
• Assist in preparing resources and monitoring student progress.
• Contribute to a culture of care, inclusion and belonging in Trinity College.
