Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and effective communication with students to address queries and concerns.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the student experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor academic progress, identify at‑risk students, and collaborate with staff for intervention.
• Develop strategies to address student mental health and well‑being and provide access to resources.
• Streamline administrative processes to ensure accurate management of student records.
