Job summary

Newman Senior High School in the Pilbara seeks a Program Coordinator – Student Services to join our leadership team. You will lead an evidence-informed approach to student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and achievement, with a focus on sustained engagement and trauma-informed practice.

You will build staff capacity, coordinate school-wide prevention and early intervention, and strengthen partnerships with families, community organisations and external agencies to support every learner’s

Qualifications

Experience with complex case management and SAER requirements.
Ability to analyse student data, identify trends and evaluate interventions.
Knowledge of Department of Education policies and procedures.
Strong documentation and record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities

Lead an evidence-informed approach to student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and achievement.
Oversee whole-school prevention, early intervention and targeted support.
Strengthen Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practice.
Build staff capacity to implement policies and processes.
