Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia and hold Teacher Registration WA
• Valid Working With Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
• Commitment to attendance, wellbeing and behaviour management strategies
• Strong communication with students, staff and families
• Experience leading Student Services or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading attendance case management and strategies to improve student attendance
• Leading student behaviour management and consistent policy application
• Leading semester review of Attitude, Behaviour and Effort (ABE) data and translating findings into action
• Contributing as a member of the Student Services Team, wellbeing committee and Senior Management Team
• Developing and evaluating whole-school initiatives to strengthen engagement and relationships
• Role may or may not have a teaching load attached
