Job summary

UNSW is seeking a role within the Division of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion to supervise UNSW students delivering online and on-campus experiences. You will provide administrative support to the Students as Partners program, reporting to the Senior Program Officer, with occasional supervision of casual staff.

The role requires coordinating ambassador schedules, managing communications, assisting with ambassador recruitment, and delivering end-to-end event logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, program administration and scheduling.
• Strong organisational skills to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff, students and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Advanced computer literacy with Office apps and collaboration platforms (Teams, Calendly, Slido).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of University Ambassadors for large-scale educational outreach programs and determine availability.
• Manage communications and act as liaison with University Ambassadors for rostering and shifts.
• Support recruitment of new Ambassadors including HR processing and onboarding.
• Lead logistics and event arrangements for Ambassador-led engagements and program delivery.
• Administer the Students as Partners Consultative Group (SCON) meetings and distribute minutes.
• Maintain Ambassador and SCON databases and assist with facilitation feedback.
• Provide administrative support for school engagement and program delivery.
