South West TAFE is seeking a Student Management System Administrator to oversee the Warrnambool Campus SMS, ensuring secure, efficient operation and data integrity. The role emphasizes system maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.
Applicants should have a degree or diploma in data management or IT with at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus a Working with Children Check and Police Check. The position is full-time at 38 hours weekly.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Student Management System, the SMS Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of South West TAFE’s student management system, ensuring efficient operation and support for staff. The primary focus in this role is to ensure the accurate and secure management of student data, system functionality, and user access. Continuous improvement of the student management system is a key aspect of this role, working with key internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of new functionality and interfaces that assist with the efficiency of South West TAFE operations as well as the management of student data.
