Zusammenfassung

The University of Wollongong is seeking a Student Housing Support Coordinator to help students access safe, affordable accommodation across campus. You will provide specialist housing advice, coordinate services and lead initiatives that improve access to housing and strengthen partnerships with accommodation providers.

Working within Student Residences, you will build relationships with stakeholders, analyse accommodation needs and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience providing customer service and support in complex or sensitive situations.
• Knowledge of private rental market and tenancy matters for students.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist housing advice, case coordination and referrals for students experiencing accommodation challenges.
• Lead and coordinate student housing support services across campuses.
• Manage and enhance accommodation programs including StudyStays, emergency accommodation services and airport transfers.
• Build and maintain relationships with accommodation providers, community organisations and other stakeholders.
• Analyse accommodation trends to inform service improvements and planning.
