You will drive resource planning, oversee on-site training, and manage reporting while partnering with facilities and wellness teams to maintain high property standards and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a customer service or operations role.
• Proven experience leading and developing strong teams.
• Ability to monitor and control budgets and financials.
• Solid understanding of Residential Tenancy legislation (RTA).

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage resource levels to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee on-site training for customer service staff.
