Job summary

Reporting to the Team Lead, Student Assist, you will work with AU Online teams and broader student services. The environment emphasizes collaboration and exceptional service for students and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tailored study plans for students (incl. curriculum changes or academic progress issues).
• Provide timely, accurate info via phone, email, and online chat to meet student needs.
• Support at-risk students through early intervention, academic review, and progression monitoring.
• Assess and prioritise student matters, collaborate with University staff to resolve issues, and refer to relevant areas for detailed support.
• Deliver proactive support for students based on key risk indicators.
• Collaborate with AU Online, AU Student Assist and Student Retention and Success Teams to share information and ensure consistent processes.
