Job summary

Reporting to the Team Lead- Talent Acquisition and working with AU Online and Student Help teams, you will respond via phone, email and online chat, develop tailored study plans, and identify at-risk students for early intervention.

Qualifications

• Develop and manage tailored study plans for students.
• Identifying and meeting student needs via phone, email, and online chat.
• Support at-risk students through early intervention and progression monitoring.
• Collaborating with AU Online and Student Assist teams to share information.
