Job summary

EDU Holdings Limited is seeking a Student Experience Advisor to champion student support across Adelaide campuses. You will handle front desk and online inquiries, guide non-academic queries, and coordinate with Enrolments and Finance to ensure smooth payments and documentation.

You will maintain accurate student records, support engagement events, and help improve the overall student experience through proactive service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in student service within a higher education environment.
• Experience with student management systems, learning management systems and student service systems preferred.
• Experience engaging students from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely expert advice to students in-person or online about administrative aspects of their studies.
• Be the single point of contact for non-academic student enquiries, focusing on domestic students.
• Respond to and resolve student enquiries through case management and maintain records.
• Assist Enrolments Coordinator with processing tuition fees and payments with finance team.
• Issue student cards and official documentation.
• Maintain student database with accurate records and updates.
• Assist with sending targeted student communications via CRM and management systems.
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings.
• Contribute to achieving domestic student retention through engagement.
• Collaborate with teams on events like orientation and graduation.
