Job summary

Curtin University in Bentley, Western Australia, is seeking a Senior Student Experience Coordinator, Communications and Engagement, to support students across key stages of their academic journey and improve access to timely information.

You will develop targeted content, campaigns and governance across digital channels, collaborating with Student Services and Marketing to strengthen student reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with substantial relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate initiatives to deliver outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and implement communication strategies, campaigns, channels and projects that support student experience priorities.
• Create and deliver targeted digital content with timely information across milestones.
• Communicate Faculty initiatives to stakeholders via presentations, meetings and reporting.
• Coordinate student voice activities to inform planning and improve the student experience.
• Promote programs and activities to increase student participation across clubs and partnerships.
• Analyse content and campaign performance and share insights for improvements.
• Develop governance across current student digital channels to ensure consistency and quality.
