As the Senior Student Experience Coordinator, Communications and Engagement, you will support students across key stages of their academic journey, with a focus on transition, early-stage progression and meaningful connection with Faculty of Business and Law programs and services. Working closely with the Director, Student Engagement and a range of internal partners, you will help plan and deliver initiatives that improve how students receive timely, relevant and practical information.
The Communication and Engagement Team leads a strategic, student-first approach to Faculty communications. Rather than relying on generic messaging, the team develops targeted content and campaigns that align with key academic, engagement and employability milestones, helping students make informed decisions and take up relevant opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to segmented campaigns, digital content, channel governance, stakeholder reporting and the Faculty’s yearly engagement plans, while using data and student feedback to strengthen reach, engagement and impact. This is a critical role embedded in a fast-paced working environment, that requires a creative, adaptable and innovative individual.
We are seeking an organised, creative and collaborative communications and engagement professional who can develop clear student-facing content, coordinate digital campaigns, manage competing priorities and use insights to improve outcomes. The successful applicant will be confident building relationships, presenting information clearly and supporting initiatives that enhance the Faculty student experience.
