Top Education Group Ltd. is seeking a capable Student Services Support role to assist with daily enquiries, events, and wellbeing initiatives across the Institute. You will help promote and deliver career development activities and student safety campaigns, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

The position provides practical and administrative support for student services, student engagement, wellbeing and career development activities across the Institute.
Working closely with the Student Services team, the role assists with day-to-day student enquiries, events, communications, workshops and other initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusive student experience. The position will also support the promotion and delivery of career development activities, student wellbeing initiatives and gender-based violence prevention and awareness programs.
The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working directly with students, is well organised and proactive, and has an interest in student engagement, wellbeing and career development.
Respond to routine day-to-day student enquiries and provide general information about relevant Institute policies, procedures and services, referring more complex matters to appropriate staff.
Assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of student engagement activities, including wellbeing initiatives, academic integrity activities, social events and other student experience programs.
Support the delivery and promotion of the IMC Career Development Program, including student communications, workshops, events, promotional activities and related administrative support.
Assist with the promotion and delivery of gender-based violence prevention, awareness and student safety initiatives, including campaigns, educational activities and communication of relevant support services.
Assist with Orientation Week, Study Support activities and other student-facing programs across IMC campuses.
Support the planning and delivery of graduation ceremonies, including communication with graduates, event preparation, supplier coordination and general event support.
Assist with student workshops, seminars and wellbeing activities that support student engagement, belonging and success.
Provide administrative support for internship and employability programs, including student communications, documentation, record keeping, workshop or event support and liaison with relevant staff and stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of student communications, newsletters, promotional materials and engagement campaigns.
Support student and alumni events, networking activities, newsletters and other engagement initiatives.
Assist with cross-campus student engagement activities and contribute to a consistent student experience across IMC campuses.
Monitor student common areas and assist with reporting facilities or maintenance issues, replenishment of kitchen supplies, seasonal decorations and the general presentation of student spaces.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Student Services team as required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in working with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks and priorities.
A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach to work.
Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with student information.
An interest in student engagement, wellbeing, employability and student support.
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:
student engagement, student wellbeing or student support;
career development, employability or career-related programs;
gender-based violence prevention, respectful relationships, student safety or related awareness initiatives;
events, workshops, campaigns or other student-facing programs;
higher education, community services or a related environment.
