Job summary

UNSW Canberra is seeking two experienced Team Leads - Student Administrative Services to guide a team delivering high quality student lifecycle services. You will oversee admissions, enrolment, progression and graduation, driving process improvements across a complex administrative environment.

The roles require strong leadership, client-focused service, and capability to manage competing priorities with a focus on compliance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering high quality student administrative services.
• Oversee admission, orientation, enrolment, progression and graduation processes.
• Develop and implement student administration procedures and projects with process improvement focus.
• Provide high level advice to students and staff across UNSW Canberra.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Defence partners.
