Job summary

Hedland Senior High School invites applications for a permanent full-time role commencing Term 1, 2027. The successful candidate will support the Structured Workplace Learning program, evaluating enrolment data, and reporting to the SWL Coordinator while helping to recruit and train students and workplace supervisors.

They will monitor student progress in workplace settings, check logbooks for completion and hours, and foster networks for workplace teachers and assessors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Structured Workplace Learning programs.
• Ability to evaluate enrolment data and prepare reports.
• Ability to coordinate training/induction of students and workplace supervisors.
• Ability to monitor student progress and logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate enrolment and completion data and provide reports to the Structured Workplace Learning Coordinator.
• Support selection, training and induction of students for the workplace, the induction and training of workplace supervisors and fostering networks for workplace teachers and assessors.
• Monitor student progress in the workplace, including checking student logbooks for satisfactory completion and working hours.
