Job summary

WSP Adelaide is seeking a Structural Project Engineer with 5–8 years of Australian building project experience to lead design, delivery and tender phases. You will ensure timely, quality structural engineering delivery in line with schedules and budgets while managing key client relationships within a national multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute to Defence projects, with a focus on growth and career development within WSP

Qualifications

• Bachelor to Masters level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5–8 years’ Australian building project experience.
• Eligibility for Australian Defence full security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year projects.
• Ensure timely, quality delivery aligned with standards, budgets and schedules.
• Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and coordinate with a national, multidisciplinary group.
