Job summary

WSP Adelaide is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our Building Structures team and contribute to Defence, commercial and high-rise projects across Australia.

You will lead design, delivery and tender phases, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure quality, on-time delivery and BIM-enabled project success. Hybrid work options and a strong benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5–8 years' Australian building project experience (commercial/defence/health/education).
• Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence clearance is essential; Australian citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical, commercial and regulatory standards.
• Manage client relationships and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with a national team on BIM and structural design.
