Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Sydney is seeking a Production Operator to operate production equipment safely, monitor quality and support a busy shift environment.

You will participate in equipment setups, changeovers and cleaning, while upholding food safety and workplace standards. The role involves a rotating 12-hour day and night roster and a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly.
• Minimise waste and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be responsible for

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
• Monitoring product quality and identifying issues during production
• Performing equipment setups, changeovers and cleaning activities
