Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Production Operator for its Minto manufacturing facility in New South Wales, Australia. The role requires a minimum of two years' experience in FMCG manufacturing or machine operation, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You’ll operate and monitor high‑tech equipment, perform changeovers, and support GMP and continuous improvement efforts. The position offers permanent full‑time hours, a 12‑hour roster with regular weekdays off, and onsite perks

We're looking for experienced Production and Mixing Operators with a minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production or machine operation to join our Minto manufacturing facility.

• 12-hour day and night shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

• Even rotation between day and night shifts

• Only one Saturday every three weeks
