Job summary

ARN's WAVE FM is seeking outgoing Street Crew members to represent our brands on the streets and at public activations across Australia. You'll entertain crowds, assist Promotions and Marketing teams, and capture moments for social media and clients.

Be energetic, well-presented, and a strong brand ambassador with excellent time management. Driving licence is highly desirable; you may work autonomously or as part of a close-knit team during events.

Qualifications

• Reliable with exceptional time management and the ability to multi-task.
• Interest or experience in Events, Promotions and Marketing.
• Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, friendly, energetic; you will be the face of our brands.
• Shows initiative and is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
• Full driver’s license is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent the ARN Brands on the streets / in public (includes content, marketing and commercial events and activations).
• Entertain and interact with crowds (including MCing as required) and amplify events that attract crowds to drive traffic.
• Ability to set up event site according to station standards.
• Take quality photos of different events for social media channels, clients / ARN and Posting to ARN social media channels (as required).
• Provide feedback and reporting at the end of each activation to the Brand & Promotions team.
• Ad-hoc office assistance with Promotions team & Reception where needed.
• Maintenance of vehicle (petrol / interior clean / written report on all incidents).

About The Role

• Have a full driver’s license (Highly desirable)
