ARN in Maroochydore is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to support activations, promotions and competitions that entertain listeners in the local community. You will coordinate assets, assist with campaign concepts and logistics, and work with internal teams and partners to deliver high-energy campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the briefing, project management and post‑campaign reporting of station promotions
• Assist with the implementation of content‑led and client‑integrated campaigns from concept through to activation
• Contribute to campaign brainstorming, providing insights and learnings from past promotions
• Coordinate campaign assets and supporting go‑to‑market execution
• Assist with sourcing prizing and managing promotional logistics for campaigns and events
• Support on‑ground activations including event set‑up, pack‑down and daily car crosses when required
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador at all times

We’re looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join our high performing team at 91.1 Hot FM & Zinc 96.1 FM. This role is high energy, supporting activations, promotions and competitions that entertain our listeners in the local community.

About the role:
