Job summary

Australian Radio Network is seeking a Promotions Coordinator for 91.1 Hot FM & Zinc 96.1 FM. The role supports activations, promotions and competitions that engage listeners in the local community, contributing to the briefing, planning and post-campaign reporting process.

Responsibilities

• Support briefing, project management and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
• Assist with implementing content-led and client-integrated campaigns from concept to activation.
• Contribute to campaign brainstorming with learnings from past promotions.
• Coordinate campaign assets and support go-to-market execution.
• Assist with sourcing prizing and managing promotional logistics for campaigns and events.
• Support on-ground activations including event setup, pack-down and daily crossovers.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador.

We’re looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join our high performing team at 91.1 Hot FM & Zinc 96.1 FM . This role is high energy, supporting activations, promotions and competitions that entertain our listeners in the local community.

About the role:

• Support the briefing, project management and post‑campaign reporting of station promotions
• Assist with the implementation of content‑led and client‑integrated campaigns from concept through to activation
• Contribute to campaign brainstorming, providing insights and learnings from past promotions
• Coordinate campaign assets and supporting go‑to‑market execution
• Assist with sourcing prizing and managing promotional logistics for campaigns and events
• Support on‑ground activations including event set‑up, pack‑down and daily car crosses when required
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
