Job summary

ARN on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to support the briefing, management and reporting of station promotions across 91.1 Hot FM and Zinc 96.1 FM. You will assist with client-led campaigns from concept to activation and help coordinate assets and logistics for events.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, bringing strong organisational and communication skills to a dynamic media environment focused on audience experiences and growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the briefing, project management and post‑campaign reporting of station promotions
• Assist with the implementation of content-led and client-integrated campaigns from concept through to activation
• Contribute to campaign brainstorming, providing insights and learnings from past promotions
• Coordinate campaign assets and supporting go-to-market execution
• Assist with sourcing prizing and managing promotional logistics for campaigns and events
• Support on-ground activations including event set-up, pack-down and daily car crosses when required
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador at all times

About The Role
