Job summary

Cirql is delivering a major Workforce Management transformation with UKG for a large organisation. The Project Coordinator will support scheduling, financial tracking and cross‑functional collaboration to keep milestones moving and actions progressing.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work across planning, procurement, governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring dependencies stay aligned and issues are addressed promptly in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, project support or project controls role within technology, systems implementation or complex business change.
• Strong project scheduling skills, maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Exposure to project financials including budget tracking and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, expenditure and reporting.
• Maintain project plans using MS Project and track milestones and changes to timelines.
• Support the Program Manager in driving project delivery, following up on actions and escalating blockers.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, identifying delays and supporting timely resolution.
• Assist with coordination of the UKG implementation and workforce management alignment.
• Prepare governance documentation and project reporting for visibility and accountability.
