Job summary

The Reject Shop is expanding its workforce planning capability and seeking a Workforce Systems Analyst to join the Store Support Centre in Australia. You will drive system improvements, coordinate workforce forecasting and labour modelling initiatives, and support major transformation programs across UKG and related platforms.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, People & Culture, and external vendors to deliver dashboards, reports, and data insights that inform planning decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in a Systems Analyst/Workforce Systems role.
• Experience coordinating projects, system enhancements or business improvement initiatives.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support key workforce systems projects and transformation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of workforce forecasting and labour modelling capabilities.
• Administer, maintain and optimise the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Technology and external vendors.
• Investigate system issues, coordinate resolutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
