Qualifications

• Proven experience in Workforce Planning or Workforce Management.

• Develop, implement and monitor long-term strategic resource plans.
• Engage stakeholders across airports, freight and group to drive transformation initiatives.
• Balance operational requirements, service outcomes and labour costs.
