Job summary

Alliance Airlines is seeking a Manager, Resource Planning & Analytics to lead the crew rostering for Flight and Cabin crews, ensuring compliant, efficient rosters and optimal crew utilisation. You will oversee analytics, forecasting and workforce planning to align resources with schedule requirements.

The role requires strong aviation rostering experience, leadership capability and proficiency with crew management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Planning or crew rostering is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with crew management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire all team members within the department.
• Develop and maintain team member performance requirements.
• Develop and input department strategy and objectives.
• Improve stakeholder engagement and ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and implement resource and training plans reflecting current needs.
• Maintain and monitor crew leave and roster data for accuracy.
