Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 7+ years of sales, commercial, or business development experience in Renewable Energy, Power Generation, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven track record of long-cycle, high-value infrastructure sales.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder negotiation skills, locally and internationally.
• Experience working in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales lifecycle for complex, long-cycle wind projects from initial opportunity screening to securing preferred status and through contract signing.
• Build and sustain deep relationships with decision-makers across the customer's organisation; coordinate engagement strategies with local and international stakeholders.
• Translate turbine performance, grid connection capability, project execution and service capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
• Lead proposal structuring, including technical solutions and value/pricing strategy in a matrix organisation.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence Commercial, Legal, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain for a mutually beneficial outcome.
• Provide market insights, competitive positioning, and economic decision-making criteria.
